Muse, a small digital boutique agency in Amsterdam, wanted to recruit young creatives for an internship. However, most interns seeking for an agency often choose the bigger and more renowned agencies.
We needed to find a way to stand out in our search for the brightest creative.
We found a new way to recruit, which would suit this digital savy generation. We recruited interns through an existing social game app. We used the DrawSomething app and challenged them to draw one of the given words. Think of it as Pictionary for the digital age.
After downloading the app, the participants could start playing against people from the agency (mostly me). The participants’ drawings that caught the most attention were then asked to send in their portfolio.
